    Strange Everest Facts

    Read these Strange Everest Facts
It may be the highest mountain in the world, but Everest is not the most dangerous. About 3000 people have made it to the top of Everest, and over 200 never made it back to the safety of Everest Base Camp it is estimated that about 9% of Everest climbers do not survive their journey. This may sound like a daunting percentage, but compared to some other mountains, this is tame stuff K2, known as the Savage Mountain, claims a quarter of its climbers, and Annapurna I has a staggering 40% mortality rate due to its frequent avalanches. Infertility Solutions

Over the past 20 years, fertility rates have increased dramatically. At least 25% of couples planning to start a family will have trouble conceiving. But don’t be threatened because there are still ways on how to increase your chances of conceiving and preventing miscarriages.

Remember that it takes at least three months for immature eggs (oocytes) to mature enough to be released during ovulation. It also takes at least three months for sperm cells to develop, ready to be ejaculated. This means that when you are trying to improve your fertility, you need to have a four-month period before conceiving. This is called ‘pre-conception care’ and it is as important to take as much care during this period as it is during a pregnancy itself. These are the Infertility solutions
    :

    Female Hormone Test (saliva):
A total of eleven saliva samples will be collected at home at specific times across one cycle and will be sent to the lab for analysis. This simple test will chart the level of the hormones estrogen and progesterone across the month to work out a pattern that may reveal early ovulation, anovulation (no ovulation), problems with the phasing of cycles, and problems with maintaining progesterone levels.

    Diet:
Both you and your partner should follow the dietary recommendations by your doctor or better yet, by your nutritionist. Many people are unaware of the fact that diet can help correct hormone imbalances that may affect your ability to conceive and there are also certain foods and drinks that are known to lower fertility.

    Avoiding Alcohol and Caffeine:
Drinking any alcohol and caffeine can reduce your fertility by half and the more you drink, the less likely you are to conceive. One study showed that women who drink less than 5 units of alcohol a week (equal to five glasses of wine) were twice as likely to get pregnant within six months compared with those who drink more. Drinking alcohol and caffeine causes a decrease in sperm count, an increase in abnormal sperm, and a lower proportion of motile sperm. Alcohol also inhibits the body’s absorption of nutrients such as zinc, which is one of the most important minerals for male fertility.

    Avoiding Xenoestrogens:
Xenoestrogens are essentially environmental oestrogens, coming from pesticides and the plastic industry. When you are trying to conceive, one of the most important things you need to do is to balance your hormones. It is extremely important to avoid anything that might cause an imbalance and one of the main culprits is the xenoestrogens.

    Avoid Smoking:
Smoking has definitely been linked with infertility in women. It can even bring on an early menopause. Smoking can decrease sperm count in men, making the sperm more slow-moving and it can increase the number of abnormal sperm.

    Abortions and Infertility

Why many have believed that Abortions cause infertility ? This is a question that is a topic from all sides of the world. Because of the consideration that some countries has given way for it, and some may still be done somewhere in those inner streets, it has grown into a big moral dilemma. As the dilemma grew, so did the speculation whether abortions cause infertility.

Through some research done online finding statements regarding whether abortions cause infertility in a medical stand point; can hardly be found. There is not enough fact to coincide with the speculations to justify the question of Abortions as a cause to infertility .

Even if there was not much information on a medical point of view, but upon stumbling on personal and familial point of views, there are claims and statements that are trying to prove whether or not abortions cause infertility. As a matter of fact, this is a building perception issue by two different ideas; these are the pro-life and pro-choice campaigns, all coming down on what the moral stand point of a person is. The information may be relative so to speak.

For the pro-life, they firmly believe that abortions cause infertility. It is to their understanding, and because of some backing statements from a doctor who assumes that at least twenty five percent of women which chose to interrupt their first pregnancy have been childless. But with some research again, this twenty five percent may also include women who went through an abortion and becoming mentally unstable or fearing the pain, decided not to have another try at pregnancy. A second group may be women who have taken a stand and did not want kids at all, seeing the possible pains and hardships of the future, finding it difficult for a kid to grow as privileged. And lastly, it may be that a possible group of pregnant women who under-went an abortion, really did have complications during the abortion, which developed to infertility. Again to remind, the descriptions of the parties involved within the twenty five percent are relative.
